Hi as per Your symptoms and history, neck nodes / abdominal lymph nodes are together mostly seen in Lymphoma ( a type of Cancer) which is almost treatable with certain chemotherapy.
Second differential would be a Tuberculosis.
A Neck lymph nodal biopsy is required to get a proper treatment.
Gall bladder stone is incidental finding, will not harm you.
