Gastro some digestion problems and gas

I have nodes in neck node found in blood vessel and abdomen with stones in gallbladder and Spleenomegaly. No symptoms but digestion and gas problem.

Hi as per Your symptoms and history, neck nodes / abdominal lymph nodes are together mostly seen in Lymphoma ( a type of Cancer) which is almost treatable with certain chemotherapy. Second differential would be a Tuberculosis. A Neck lymph nodal biopsy is required to get a proper treatment. Gall bladder stone is incidental finding, will not harm you. Take care.
