Hello dr,my kid is of 8 years old he is having viral gastroenteritis since 4 days
We are giving enterogermina raspule and sporlac-DS 120 tablet
He is seems little bit fine but not eating the food as he eats usually before getting this viral infection
We r worrying kindly help ...
