Also give tab zinconia 20 mg once a day for 10 days. It helps in reducing the recurrence, severity of diarrhea and promotes gut healing. Oral intake is usually reduced during infections. Keep him hydrated and give him semisolid food.

During any infection or fever food intake is very low and its normal only Don't worry he is fully recovered he will eat like before
