Hi, I went through your query. If u feel that problem is due to gastric trouble then you should get it rectified first, take regular intervals food, avoid spicy and oily food milk, milk tea, milk coffee for next 3 weeks, have your dinner at least 2 hrs before you go to bed. If still trouble persists you should consult your physician. wish u a speedy recovery.
