Gastric trouble
I'm a dialysis patient past 4 years , and thrice a week dialysis
I take pan 40 everyday for gastric
Since lately the gastric seems not to work .
And I'm not able to eat because of that
Pentab 40 , is suggested is it safe to take ?
Or other suggestions...

You may be having gastritis related to uremic gastropathy. A lot of my CKD patients have the symptoms but these are treatable
Next Steps
Take Tab Razo 20mg one tab Before breakfast. If you have night symptoms u can add Tab Aciloc 150 mg at dinner. Syrup Gaviscon 15 ml SOS for breakthrough pain . Send your latest RFT report
