Gastric in ckd patient
I'm a ckd patients undergoing dialysis past 4 days
And on pan D tablet past 6 years
And recently pan D is not working
I'm still feeling congestion because of gas .
Doctor suggested somaprez tab but after taking that I'm still feeling congestion.
Any help ?

Patients with CKD ESRD in particular on dialysis are having uremic gastropathy, in which gastric mucosa is congested. You can consult a gastroenterologist and depending on your details medicines will be given
