Gastric problems
Hi sir I am 32 old I had a severe stomach ache and lower abdomen pain from the last 6 days and still paining neither I can sleep properly nor work properly only thinking of going to toilet but it doesn't help plz suggest some medicines for this

Helloo.. Well you need a detailed examination... As we need to see the cause..
It may be renal colic,appendicitis,gastric colic or muscular spasms...for relief you can go to emergency and take buscopan injection... Kindly consult a Surgeon at the earliest
