Gastric problem
I have got a severe gastric problem. Can it be cured permanently? I'm so scared about it. If it can be cured, how much time will it take to cure permanently? And can you please suggest me some good foods/diet to eat?

Absolutely it can be cured. Just avoid spicy and oily foods. Have high fibre in diets. Less and light food in dinner.
