I can understand your concern.
Thats such a little history for us to work with. But as a general advise, have smaller meals everyday. Instead of 3 huge meals, have 5 smaller meals.
Drink plenty of fluids. Avoid oily and spicy foods.
Walking for 40 minutes if advised.
Do not sleep immediately after food.
Tab. Pan 40 once a day half an hour before food for 15 days.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
