Gastric problem
Hai I have gastric problem since 3 yrs and I had done endoscopy also but it's normal I have only burping and lot of gastric coming out I can food properly I use to hunger no issue also and I have chest pain I had done many investigations all reports are normal sharp pain in chest it comes when I touch burping will come please help me out which treatment I needed to do

Burping is mainly due to weakening of muscles around esophagus. Stress, unhealthy food habits, alcohol and smoking mainly can cause this. Try to . Eat more number of small meals per day • Lose weight, if needed. • Quit smoking, if you are a smoker. . Avoid alcohol. • Restrict fatty and spicy foods and caffeine • Stop eating at least three hours before going to bed. • Elevate the head of the bed about 4 to 6 inches. Consult for medication
