avoid spicy food avoid morning tea coffee if possible stop smokin,alcohol if any reduce weight if ur overweight go to morning walk life style modification and gud eating habit is best to get rid of dese symptoms meanwhile if symptoms r too troublesm u cn take medicine as advised by Dr.Rajesh jain stay healthy
