Dear patient the headache you are experiencing can be associated with gastritis. So better take antacids like mucaine gel 3 teaspoon three times daily after meals and tablet pantocid 40 twice daily before meals for 3 days. For headache you can take brufen 400. Avoid tablet sibelium, it's for migraine. And tablet drotaverine, it's for colicky pain it won't help with gastritis pain. You should confirm with a doctor in person before taking medication. Tc
