I am having stomach pain and little fever and loose motions from two days..feel like gas in my stomach . please suggest me consultation for this.

Take tab. Oflox-tz 2 times,tab razo-d 2 times ,cap. Darolac 2 times for 2 days,then Take tab meftal-spas for pain.
