Hello doctor my father is 67 years old and is having gastric problem from last two days but now he is having pain in the lower back(panjra ) and it's causing uneasiness to him kindly guide

Please do an ultrasound abdomen to rule out renal calculi(kidney stones). Other causes could be due to slippage of the vertebral disc. A CT scan of the abdomen will rule out both of the above conditions.
