Hello there.
Your history is very inconclusive.
And in description you have filled that she is not on any medicines.
Get her blood pressure checked, the headache could be from the Blood Pressure issue.
Is she a diabetic or not?
Is there any reflux of the food or other contents of the stomach?
Consult a general surgeon for further help.
