Baby is gassy almost all the time I feed then burp keep him upright for 10 minutes
Giving bonnisan and colimex but to no avail it just keeps the baby calm till the effect lasts bonnisan during the day 2 times and colimex at night
Poops on day 2 and becomes restless exclusive breastfeeding no bottle given or formula
Having home cooked food only and aware of the food that trigger the baby
Because he's not sleeping there are no long wake windows and so no tummy time
Just feeding and putting him back to sleep
Baby is also very tired after feeds because not sleeping at night

You are very well aware about your baby’s issues. I would suggest an in-person examination of the child as well, so that we can understand the problem better and come up with a solution.

I want to ask 2 questions
1. Weight gain is there or not
If weight gain is there means , stop over feeding instead do CUE feeding
2. Make baby to sleep on WHO recomended position
3. Dose of colimex four times per day
