Gas problem
I have been suffering from gas problem for 5 years regularly.due to gas i got headech also.chest pain also occur after interval of some days.itching problem is also there as red small pimple on whole body.

All symptoms r suggesting that Pitta is vitiated due to indigestion. Avoid oily,  spicy,  curd, tea/ coffee in excess,  sprouts except  Moong, irregular habits of eating and sleeping, bad habits like smokking / alcohol etc. High protein diet especially fish, mushrooms, non veg items Don't sleep after meal at least for 2 hrs, take  light dinner at least befor 8 pm. U can take Sutshekhar Ras  -2tabs twice a day. Take Haridrakhand granules  with milk to repair rash.If possible take Virechan Panchakarma in this Sharad ritu - before Diwali.

Take aloevera juice 15ml with hot water every day morning empty stomuch. Its good for digestion reduce gas and good for skin too.

Hello there..... If gas is a problem for you, foods that might make symptoms worse include beans, cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli. Fatty foods also may be a problem for some people..... Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function....
