Home remedies for abdomen pain include applying heat or cold packs, drinking chamomile tea, ginger tea, or peppermint tea, eating bland foods like crackers, toast, or plain rice, avoiding spicy or fatty foods, and trying relaxation techniques like deep breathing or yoga.

You can take some oral antacid tablets or capsules or can also take some Syrup. As of now you can try having something in liquids and then gradually introduce solids once you feel the abdomen is okay now. If symptoms don’t get better in another 1-2 days, Plz visit a doctor
Next Steps
If the symptoms are really discomforting visit doctor
