Gas formation in body
I am taking control diet pure veg also non drinker non diabtic patient but still u have problem of gas , usually it occors accordibg to me in empty stomach means i take breakfast at 9:30 am , lunch at 1:30 noon but in between at around 12:00 clock i started feeling hunger and empty stomach but due to sitting in office i am not able to eat anything also samething sometime happen in evening also means feeling hunger nearby 6 clock but doing dinner at 8:30 nearby although having tea biscuit at 4 : 30 pm but still feel hunger near 6:30 thus create gas :so tell me reason of my gas formation also i am not eating any junk or spicy food also
