Gas and floating stool
My daughter is 7 years old. She has gas and floating stool. Please suggest whether to give COLPEP or NEOPEPTINE syrup

Dear parents,       Your child is suffering from amoebic colitis. Give her following treatment,         Tab zenflox oz half tab twice a day for 5days.         Tab sporolac  twice a day for 5days.          No need to give Neopeptine.
