Gas and bloating all day
I develop gas and bloating as soon as I eat something. Also, feel lethargic. The stomach appears to be swollen and heavy. Irregular bowel, there's no fixed time or pattern of visiting. At times get mild chest pain as well, most likely due to gas. Please suggest what this could be.

[ ] Stop tea, coffee, spicy food. Take your meal timely. Avoid cabbage, capsicum, citrus fruits ( for a while). Don't drink water with food, take after 40 min. add much as you want thereafter. Don't liye down immediately after food. Finish your night meal by 8.30 pm maximum. Always keep your stomach 1/4 th empty. You can divide your meal into 5-6 times a day. Start going for morning walk ( start from 1 km/ week, increase to 2, 3, 4, 5 per week. Avoid wearing tight geans ( it compresses your belly/ stomach). Avoid the particular food, which you observed that after taking you feel bloating, fullness, upper abdominal pain/ discomfort, reflux symptoms etc. Start tab.  Pantodac DSR (1-0-1) HALF AN HOUR BEFORE MEAL FOR 10 DAYS.
