Doctor suggested to go with liable frenectomy then ALIGNERS from closing teeth gap. Does frenectomy has any side effects in future? When is it better for frenectomy, after alingers or before?

Hi frenectomy is done to remove excess tissue to between the front two teeth. Going for frenectomy before or after aligners is completely according to doctors as some believe in removal before and some after. As an orthodontist myself i prefer it doing in between the braces treatment. Laser will also do frenectomy its completely suture less
