Ganglion Cyst
I am not a 100% sure but I think I have got a Ganglion Cyst on the back of my right hand wrist. When I flex my wrist the bump shows up and not otherwise. It is painful if I do exercises involving wrist especially push ups. What is a possible treatment?

Ganglion cyst is common on wrist joint, it is very slow growing and rarely painful. It can be left alone most of the times unless it is cosmetically worrying you or becomes large. Treatment is surgical excision. You can consult orthopaedic surgeon for the same
