Gallstones surgery and CBD stone surgery

There was gall stones and cbd stone . Open Surgery was done on date 5 Feb 2022 and gall bladder was removed and CBD stone also removed. Everything was going smoothly there was no issue about digestion and etc but sometimes high temp approximately 100f but today 11 April 2022 there is pain in upper abdominal part and also fever 100f . Today11 April 2022 go for ultrasound and in ultrasound report there is CBD is dilated upto 10.5 mm and mind IHBRD. S/o cholangitis.
Doctor please tell me about any serious issue or can its disease be recovered by medicine ( is this big problem ?? )
