Hello, I am Dr. Charles Mano Sylus, from Fortis Hospital Vadapalani, Chennai. I can help you Sir. Since you are diagnosed with asymptomatic gallstones at an early phase, I also will suggest you to undergo laparoscopic surgery for gallstones. But if you wait till you get symptoms, that is an indication that you are developing Cholecystitis, jaundice or pus in the gallbladder and at that time, doing the surgery won't be easy as doing it when you are asymptomatic. And there could even be a possibility of have to do and open surgery to remove the gall bladder if the surgery is difficult in lap.
And secondly, you will be fine even after surgery coz the moment you gallbladder stopped functioning, only then you would have started to form these gall stones and looking at its sizes, this would have taken months together to form and currently since you are asymptomatic, you will still be the same after surgery and the required amount of bile needed for digestion is already being produced by the liver. So need not be worried Sir.
So Sir, I would suggest you to come down to Chennai and see me for consultation and surgery in the same sitting and go back. For any further consultation, you can contact me at nine eight nine four one eight seven eight two nine. Thank You
