Gallstone problem
Hello Docs,my sister has 2 gallstone of 2mm each which was diagnosed 3 months ago..now she her sgpt is 747 and sgot is 205,indirect and direct bilirubin is 1 &1.80...is it due to blockage of bile duct and what can be done now..

You have to go for Endoscopy , ERCP and Stenting of CBD should be done first. After 2 weeks you can go ahead for Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy
