Gallbladder stones
My mother has gallstones but never experienced any pain.In recent CT SCAN a stone is found in neck of gall bladder and also gall bladder is grossly distended.is surgery necessary at this time?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Yes. .there is no doubt that surgery is necessary in this case. Any case of gall bladder stones requires surgery.
