Gallbladder stone
In my mrcp report. Gall bladder is partially distended and shows multiple variable sized T2 hypointense foci of average size 5-6 mm diffusely scattered in GB lumen. Diffuse T2/T2FS homogeneously hyperintense relatively symmetrical thickening of GB wall is seen with maximum thickness 7.6 mm. CBD is mildly dilated, measuring 8 mm in diameter and shows short segment narrowing in distal most CBD, however no abnormal signal void seen in the CBD lumen with no abnormal thickening of CBD wall. Mildly prominent central intrahepatic biliary radicals are also seen. What to do.

Start treatment immediately. You will need to consult a gastroenterologist first. ERCP might be needed. Surgery can be planned after that.
Next Steps
Consult online for detailed discussion and prescription medicine. Share complete medical records first.

You have multiple gall stones. There is evidence of inflammation of Gall bladder wall. Liver and pancreas are normal. You have to have gall bladder removed. The inflammation and infection of gall bladder may become worse later on.
Next Steps
Please consult a Gastroenterology Surgeon for your further treatment. It should preferably be a Physical consultation.
