It’s very rare for gall stone to dissolve. The chances that gall stone can lead to cancer is high especially if you are in north India or moth east India. The median time to develop malignancy is 16 years though. Would suggest to keep a close follow up with USG abdomen or to get it operated

It won’t go away with medication and it’s a disease of gallbladder and for that permanent treatment is removal of diseased gall bladder Right now if you don’t have any symptoms related to the digestion , can wait

Can wait but may need surgery. Best time to do surgery is when there is no pain. Surgery will be easy.
