Gall Stones
Hello Doctors, My Mom Had Panic attack of gall stones 4 years ago, we went to doctor he told us that if stones get settled then it's fine & if not then You have to operate it. Than after that she never experienced Gall stones pain(Panic attack). But 3-4 Days ago she experienced Panic attack and also white stool was coming, we did sonography(as Dr. Suggested) it shows there are 4-5 calculi in gall bladder & One Calculi in CBD, Dr. Said you have to operate immediately otherwise she will have jaundice after 4/5 Days, we came home & I gave Buscogast tab. After giving that she felt relief, and from that day she is fine But whole body itching is massive, & I was having doubt for jaundice, so we did Total bilirubin test and SGPT Test, and it is 7.4 & 91.68 respectively, So as per test is there severe jaundice? I am attaching the report, please suggest.

MRCP can be done. Or otherwise directly can DO ERCP with stone extraction with stenting followed by laparoscopic cholecystectomy

She needs immediate medical intervention. The stone in CBD needs to be removed followed by removal of Gall bladder. Further investigation is needed prior to both like MRCP
