Gall stone pain or gastric pain
Pain in left upper ebdomen along with headache and lower back pain. Very mild pain on right side.
Patient has two gall stones of 5 mm each in gall bladder along with minimal sludge in CBD.
Is the pain because of gall stones or can be a gastric pain?? How sharp a gastric pain can be? A gastric pain can be like a gall stone pain??
Confusion between gall stone pain and gastric pain.
Ultracet sometimes work, sometimes not and then we need to give injection to relieve the pain.
After giving some gastric medications, complete relief is there.
Pls suggest, the pain is because of gall stones or gastric pain. Can gastric pain be severe?
