Two years ago I had a baby and gained 60lbs, before baby I was 120lbs, 5feet 3in. Right now I am 145lbs and Im trying hard to lose weight and get back to myself. I started going to the gym (month ago) 4 days a week and eating super healthy. I don’t eat sweet, drink soda or anything oily. Two weeks ago my weight started to gain like 6lbs I don’t know the real reason but I would like to get someone’s /professional help and lose unhealthy weight and get back to healthy life.I went to my family doctor he did the
thyroid test and thyroid ultrasound, they both came negative and found out Im super healthy. But why Im still gaining so much of weight what should I do?
