Gagging during workout & heavy meals
I have gagging while lifting weights and also after having large meals like breakfast,  lunch or diner. This is making my life hard...what could be the possible reason for this...need help

It is possible that you have a Silent Acid Reflux. Further detailed history will be required for medications to be prescribed. Until then try some lifestyle modifications that might help you. 1. Avoid Spicy/ Junk and fried food. 2. Avoid tea/ coffee 3. Drink frequent sips of water preferably every hourly. 4. Keep a gap of an hour or two between dinner and bedtime. 5. Do Breathing exercises(pranayama) and cleansing kriyas to increase the tone of your abdominal muscles.
