Gabapentin and neurogenic rosacea

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have been diagnosed with neurogenic rosacea - suffering with burning, flushing and redness. I have been having IPL to control the flushing and redness which has been helping slightly however, I was given gabapentin to control the severe burning. Will gabapentin help with the flushing and redness? or will I have to continue with the IPL's?
