FACE WASH IN ROSACEA
Dear Doctors,
Please tell me some face wash which can be used in rosacea. I am using Himalaya's Neem face wash "For Men", it makes my skin rough. When I use oil control face wash it doesn' t suit me. It makes my skin hard and rough.
Please help.

Rosacea most commonly affects middle-aged with fair skin. It can be mistaken for acne or other skin conditions.
Key symptoms are facial redness with swollen red bumps and small visible blood vessels.
Treatments such as antibiotics or anti-acne medication can control and reduce symptoms. Left untreated, it tends to worsen over time.
Use KLMKLIN face wash.
