the size of the fibroids are very small so you should be able to conceive without a myomectomy, but for a correct opinion your full history and usg report is necessary
Next Steps
meet another gynaecologist

Hello. Lot of factors decide whether fibroid needs removal or not. 19mm is a smash fibroid per se. If fibroid is distorting endometrial cavity, it will need myomectomy. I will be able to guide you better if u share your ultrasound report

Hello there.

I can understand your concern.  But unfortunately, i haven't been able to understand the last part of the question.
The fibroid will have to be removed surgically itself.
The procedure is called fibroidectomy.
Kindly consult a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management.
Best regards.
Dr. Anil kumar jain.
