Mam I have 2 fibroids in uterus measure 19 mm in thickness, both overies are visualized and show dominent follicle. Rt. Ovary 2.9 *1.9 cm. 19 mm follical Lt. Ovary 3.7*2.3 mm. 18 mm follical I consulted the doctor they said need surgery, but is thing any available with out surgery I get pregnant

the size of the fibroids are very small so you should be able to conceive without a myomectomy, but for a correct opinion your full history and usg report is necessary

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  But unfortunately, i haven't been able to understand the last part of the question. The fibroid will have to be removed surgically itself. Hello. Lot of factors decide whether fibroid needs removal or not. 19mm is a smash fibroid per se. If fibroid is distorting endometrial cavity, it will need myomectomy. I will be able to guide you better if u share your ultrasound report
