Funurculosis Issue
Hi. I have an issue of Funurculosis in my perineum. It was a lump kind of thing which broke last night and there was discharge of puss and blood mixture. Please suggest an ointment or a cream for this to heal. Image attached.

This has now become very big that is a carbuncle. You have waited very long to treat. Please contact me using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment. Please donot wait longer, otherwise it may become an abcess, which will require surgery.
