Fungel infection
I have a fungel infection from since 03 weeks i am suffering from this, it has on my face, forearms, thighs etc

You may be having fungal infection which we call tinea. The treatment is simple. You have to take anti fungal tablets and creams for few weeks following which it resolves. Do not apply soap on that area and do not self treat with over the counter steroid creams. Kindly send photos for accurate diagnosis or visit a dermatologist. If this is fungal infection, it needs to be treated as early as possible as it will spread further on your body and also to other people in the household.

Treatment for Fungal Infection:-Stop all other applications.
Cap. Itraconazole (Itrasys/ Canditral) 100mg twice daily for 2 weeks.
Sertacide Cream for application twice daily for 1 month.
Tab. Fexova 180 mg (if required in case of itching)
The treatment has to be complete otherwise the condition will recur.Blood
Test- Blood Sugar Fasting & PP also Serum Insulin Fasting and PP.
