Fungal skin infection
Due to sweaty nights I have red, with lighter inside, blotches all over my body. How can I help get rid of it, I've already bought an over the counter antifungal cream. Clean clothes everyday and fresh sheets I'm sure help too. Will it really take a few weeks to completely resolve? What else can I do?

Thanks for the query. Fungal infection is becoming an increasing problem due to rampant usage of antifungals. Please see a dermatologist as some extra medications are coprescribed many a times to treat. If needed a simple skin test can also be done. Till then use only OTC anti-allergic medications to control itching. Personal hygiene should be good. Wear loose fitting clothes.
Next Steps
You can use OTC anti-allergic medications till you see a qualified dermatologist.
