Fungal pneumonia- Need advice
My dad was diagnosed with fungal pneumonia from last 15 days. Doctor prescribed voriconazole medicine which he taking 200mg*2 daily. Today When we did CBC and KFT test below observation found as compared to his previous reports (1 week before). 1) ALP increased to 344 from 84 in 1 week. 2) TLC increased from 7.7k to 13k in 1 week. Does it mean medicine is not working? Attaching his latest report.
