Fungal Infection

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Recently from the past 3 weeks i have been suffering from fungal or bacterial infection on my underarms n inner thighs. I have also used candid powder meant for these type of fungal infections. But since 2 days it has increased & there are big red patches in my underarms & inner thighs. It is spreading due to increased itchiness of it and i guess its a viral infection. Please suggest me an extremely good ointment n tablets
