Fungal Infection of skin
I'm having fungal infection in my skin around my scrotum & head of my Glans Penis for the last 25 years. I've been treated by various doctors, but their medicines are giving only temporary relief . Fungal Infection resulting in Skin peeling is also in the gap between my smallest toe & next finger of both my legs.

The treatment for fungal infection is simple. You have to take anti fungal tablets and creams for 4 to 6 weeks following which it resolves. Do not apply soap on that area and do not self treat with over the counter steroid creams. Mistreatment with steroid creams and self treatment with cheaper medicine is the most common reason for recurrent disease. Kindly send photos using private chat for accurate diagnosis and treatment. Usually fungal infection doesn't last so long, so we should also look at other diagnosis. But from your history it does seem to.me that you have candidial infection which is a type of fungus. If you have diabetes and it's not in control, this could be another reason for chronic infection.
