Fungal infection of glans, White patches
Its been 3 weeks, I thought it will go automatically with cleaning glans frequently but it last for 3weeks, Initially 1 small round white patch formed on glans afterwards it spread over glans, White patches, redness, mild irritation on glans, when i wash glans the white patch or secretion removes, But after 4hrs when i see the glans again white secretion formed.
Daily morning when i enters washroom first time i see more white secretion on glans when i clean with water it go off.
What is the medication and treatment please share.
