It does not look like Fungal infection. Your uploaded photo is not clear and needs high resolution picture for proper diagnosis and also needed information about treatment history & any itching .....

Is it a self diagnosis or given by some doctor ? In skin there are many conditions looking similar so detail, complete examination of various other body parts become necessary to come to a diagnosis.
Next Steps
even if it is fungal infection, consult a dermatologist (personally or online) provide necessary details to confirm your diagnosis and get the correct prescription for your treatment.
Health Tips
No one (at least me) will provide you the full prescription without paying consulting fees, so either google and get the name of medicines on your risk or pay the legitimate fees to consult the dermatologist and get the prescription.
