Fungal infections near skin folds are very common for they tend to be moist because of perspiration including other factors which give fungus an optimum condition to grow on your skin. It is very easily managed by homoeopathic treatment.
Regarding your other problem i.e. backache and pain in shoulder and chest if has occurred very recently then that too can be easily managed but if it has been for a considerable amount of time then we will need to have a complete case to tell you how much time will be needed to manage the case.
