Fungal infection
I had a fungal infection about 4 months ago where my anal area is but a little above and now it seems to come and go when it pleases and the doctors gave me creame for it but it keeps coming back i think its more serious then a fungal infection

Fungal infection are common due moist and unhygeinic environment of that area favours its growth.
