Fungal infection
Have a recurring fungal infection since a year in the groin area. Very inconvenient. A little redness and looks like ringworm. After using micanozole nitrate cream, the inflammation reduces a bit but turns brown and stays itchy and scaly. What can I do?

Hi. Greetings. You'll need a prolonged course of oral antifungals and creams alone may not help. We also need to look for occult sources of fungal injection like infected nails. Make sure your pet is bathed with antifungal shampoo if you have a pet at home. Lose weight of you are over weight. Keep groins and folds dry. Meet a qualified dermatologist in your city. Hope this helps.
