For the past 12 years I think, I am facing Penis related fungal infection. I tried over the counter medicines first which used to come and go. But seems now whatever medication I take, both oral and cream it develops resistance and come back. I have consulted 3 doctors till now, no one has managed to curb it. One of the doctor recommends Circumcision as the last resort, but what if it reappears even after circumcision?I am very confused and apprehensive about it. Please advise.

Clinical examination is necessary to diagnose it and to rule out other possible conditions....you may require antibiotic or antifungal creams..Before applying any treatment option, it is important to avoid using irritants such as perfumed soap, lotion, or powder. This prevents further irritation of the foreskin...Consult nearest dermatologist they will do the needful.
