Fungal infection. I'm not sure.

As you can see the image, These kind of pus filled acnes are all over my scalp and very itchy. I have been taking medication for over a year now with no results. Alot of money has been spent for a temporary fix. I have taken medication from sotret 20 mg to Rcin 600 mg which is a very strong tablet and yet no result. These acnes feel cured after taking medication for a 10-15 days and then don't show up for the next 20 days and again starts off with the same acne cycle. It's very irritating itchy and the makes my hair and head very oily. I have to take bath twice a day to feel relaxed and free from the itch and oily head. Please help. Desperate to get rid of the trauma I have been through. Ps- I have been told this is fungal infection, I'm not sure.
