Fungal Infection and Dry Skin on testis

I've been suffering from fungal Infection and now i'm suffering from dry skin on testis. I'm taking medicine which are written below but I don't think that they are working or may be working slowly.I need alternative cream for dry skin 1. Tyza 250mg 2. Livafin Cream 3. LCZ 5mg 4. Momate Cream
